ORDERING YOUR LIGHTS

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal, and Australian bank deposit.
Simply add your chosen products to the cart, then continue to the checkout.
Our card payment system is handled by Paypal, the world leader in online payments. This gives your order and payment full security and guarantees against risk. You do not need a Paypal account to make payment (simply choose to pay without an account). Your transaction is handled with the highest security available on the internet. We do not collect or see any of your card details during or after the payment process.
If you are paying by bank deposit, the payment may take 1-3 working days for your transaction to clear, please be patient and we will contact you as soon as the funds appear.
Customers paying by card or Paypal account will receive an instant receipt from Paypal confirming your transaction. If you do not receive it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder as occasionally things end up there.

SHIPPING

We aim to get every order away the next working day, and occasionally the same day. We use Australia Post with signature on delivery. Unfortunately, the driver will not leave the goods unattended. If you wish to have your parcel left at your address, please leave a note in the ‘notes’ section of the shipping details.
Normally goods take 1-5 working days to arrive after postage depending on your location and Australia Post.
Upon shipping, you will receive an email shortly after notifying you along with your tracking number.
